Role Purpose
Convert leads into site visits, handle client presentations, build trust, and close bookings. You are the face of the project for every client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend and convert inbound leads from digital, walk-ins, events, and channel partners
• Understand client requirements: budget, location, timeline, purpose, and decision process
• Pitch project benefits clearly and professionally: product, pricing, payment plan, USPs
• Conduct high-impact in-person and virtual site visits
• Maintain disciplined follow-up using CRM with accurate notes and status
• Coordinate with CRM, Finance, and Legal for booking, documentation, and agreements
• Create buyer confidence through relationship building and trust-based communication
• Regularly update sales progress, prospects, and closure status to Manager
• Participate in weekend events, exhibitions, and campaigns for lead generation
Desired Profile
• Graduation required, MBA preferred but not mandatory
• 1–2 years of real estate or direct client-facing sales experience
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing ability
• Comfortable working with high-ticket transactions and HNI clients
• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-focused
• Must be willing to work on weekends and travel for client meetings/site visits
