We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at at Chintamani Finlease Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive partnership development by identifying, pitching, and onboarding FinTech's and Corporate DSAs to expand lead generation channels.

• Strategically implement API integrations and tech-based solutions to increase lead flow and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with Legal, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and partner onboarding.

• Strengthen internal processes to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and improve sales team productivity.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Co-founders, and senior stakeholders in the Fintech ecosystem.

• Lead deal negotiations and closures with a focus on mutual value creation and revenue enhancement.

• Align with shareholders and senior leadership on strategic goals and contribute to key business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Finance, or related field

• Proven experience (3+ years) in Business Development within NBFC, Fintech, Lending, or Financial Services

• Strong understanding of Fintech partnerships, APIs, and digital lending workflows

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail
