Key Responsibilities:
Building Relationships:
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff, including Branch Managers, Relationship Managers (RMs), and other key decision-makers.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets for life insurance products sold through the bank's branches.
Product Knowledge:
Possessing in-depth knowledge of life insurance products and banking products to effectively address customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Customer Service:
Providing excellent pre- and post-sales service to both bank staff and customers, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any queries or concerns.
Business Development:
Identifying and generating new business opportunities within assigned bank branches and relationships.
Strategic Planning:
Developing and implementing short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Team Management:
(In some roles) Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve collective sales targets.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to insurance sales and customer service.
Skills and Qualifications:
