Explain product features, benefits, and policy terms clearly to prospective clients.
Handle inbound/outbound leads provided by the company and convert them into business.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries.
Maintain compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
Coordinate with the branch/area team to ensure smooth operations and reporting.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
1–4 years of sales experience (Life Insurance/Banking/Financial Products preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
