Program Duration: 12 months
• 4 months Residential Classroom Training at NIIT University
• 3 months Paid Internship at Axis Bank branches
• 5 months On-the-Job Training (OJT) as Assistant Manager – Branch Relationship Officer (BRO)
Certification & Role:
• Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services (PGDBS) from NIIT University
• Final placement as Assistant Manager – BRO at Axis Bank
Stipend & Salary:
• ₹5,000/month during training (first 4 months)
• ₹24,491/month during internship (next 3 months)
• Final CTC after training: ₹4.40 LPA (includes performance-linked pay and other benefits)
• Total earnings during 12-month program: Approx ₹2.15 lakh
Program Fee:
• ₹2,37,288 + 18% GST
• Registration Fee: ₹2,119 + GST (non-refundable)
• Payment Schedule:
• ₹1,18,000 + GST (at admission)
• ₹1,17,169 + GST (after 75 days)
• Loan available through Axis Bank (EMIs start after 6 months of job joining)
Eligibility:
• Age: 21 to 30 years
• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (any stream, min 50% marks in aggregate or final year)
• Mode: Regular full-time education only
• Experience: 0 to 2–3 years
• Not eligible if: Related to Axis Bank employee, under disciplinary proceedings, or criminal record
Selection Process:
1. Online Application
2. Aptitude Test (verbal, quantitative, reasoning)
3. AI-based Video Interview
4. Final Interview by NIIT Panel
5. Provisional Offer on selection (confirmed post training and document verification)
