We are looking for a Service Relationship Manager to provide exceptional client servicing and support to our High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) clients. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of transactions, resolving service-related issues, and supporting relationship managers in deepening client engagement.
Act as the primary point of contact for client service requests, queries, and escalations.
Provide end-to-end support in client onboarding, KYC compliance, and documentation.
Monitor client portfolios and share timely updates, reports, and insights.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, product) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Assist Relationship Managers in identifying client needs and suggesting suitable products.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of client instructions (transactions, redemptions, transfers, etc.).
Proactively follow up with clients for renewals, payments, and compliance requirements.
Maintain high service standards, ensuring personalized attention and a client-first approach.
Support in organizing client meetings, investment reviews, and portfolio discussions.
Track and report client servicing metrics and feedback to management.
Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Good understanding of wealth management products (mutual funds, insurance, equity, debt, PMS, AIFs, etc.).
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements (SEBI, RBI, KYC, AML).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests.
Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to CRM systems.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in client servicing/relationship management in wealth management, banking, or financial services.
Certifications like NISM, AMFI, IRDA, CFP will be an added advantage.
