Job Description:

Our Client is hiring Relationship Managers for its Direct Channel vertical. This is a front-line field sales role where you will be responsible for directly acquiring and servicing life insurance customers without any intermediary involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly acquire new customers through field visits, and leads.

• Pitch suitable life insurance products based on customer needs.

• Generate leads through market activities, referrals, and cold calling.

• Maintain long-term relationships and ensure policy renewals.

• Achieve sales targets and ensure compliance with internal and IRDAI norms.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2–3 years of Direct/Agency sales experience.

• Preferred industries: Life Insurance, Microfinance, NBFC, Finance Sales, Insurance Broking.

• Should not be a frequent job changer.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with target-based roles and fieldwork.
