Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Relationship Managers with prior Bancassurance experience to drive insurance sales through our banking channel in the Paschim Medinipur Circle. This is a field/on-site role requiring immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive life insurance business through Bancassurance channel.

• Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers.

• Conduct regular customer meetings to identify insurance needs.

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy persistency.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in Bancassurance channel (life insurance).

• Joining: Immediate or within the current month.

• Stability: Candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered.

• Communication: Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing/Finance background).
