We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our real-estate sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over phone, generating and qualifying leads, providing information about properties, scheduling site visits, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
Make outbound calls to potential clients from lead databases.
Handle inbound inquiries (phone calls or messages) and respond to clients’ questions regarding available properties, project details, pricing, amenities, location, and documentation.
Understand client requirements (budget, location, size, usage) and propose properties that match their needs, explaining features/benefits clearly.
Schedule and coordinate site visits / property viewings for interested clients in collaboration with field sales / sales-team.
Maintain and update client / lead database / CRM / MS-Excel with call records, follow-up dates, status of lead (interested, visit scheduled, converted), and other relevant details.
Perform regular follow-up calls / messages with leads to nurture interest and push them towards site visits or conversions.
Meet or exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets (number of calls, number of leads generated, number of site visits scheduled, conversions) as defined by management.
Provide market feedback & customer insights to the sales/marketing team — e.g. what buyers are asking, objections faced, competitor offerings, property-feature demand.
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service / real-estate tele-sales preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.
Excellent verbal communication skills — fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local or regional languages may be a plus depending on market.
Good phone etiquette, persuasion, negotiation skills, ability to handle objections, and convince potential clients.
Basic computer proficiency — familiarity with MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp / messaging, or other lead-management tools.
Target-driven, self-motivated, with discipline to follow up leads, maintain records, report status, and work under pressure / deadlines.
Good listening skills, empathy, and customer-service orientation — ability to understand client needs, patiently address their queries, guide them properly.
