We are looking for a Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our team at at Casagrand Builders. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided lead database.
Understand customer requirements and promote Casagrand Builders’ residential projects.
Follow up on hot leads, walk-ins, and online inquiries to convert them into potential customers.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers by providing timely information and professional support.
Answer incoming calls and address customer queries related to projects, pricing, availability, and other services.
Maintain a polite and courteous communication style at all times.
Accurately maintain call logs, lead status, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Update lead progression and report daily/weekly activity to the Sales Manager.
Ensure data integrity and timely updates of customer information in the system.
Fix appointments for the Sales Team with interested customers based on lead qualification.
Coordinate between customers and Sales Executives to ensure smooth handover.
Gather customer feedback regarding products, pricing, and competitors.
Provide valuable insights and market trends to the Sales Manager for strategic decisions.
Follow all company policies, scripts, and standard operating procedures while communicating with customers.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data.
Ensure professional and ethical conduct in all customer interactions.
