Job Summary:
The Telesales Person in Real Estate is responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads over the phone. This involves reaching out to prospective buyers, sellers, or renters, providing property information, and booking appointments for property viewings or consultations. The role requires a strong understanding of real estate services and market trends, as well as excellent communication and persuasion skills to convert prospects into clients. The Telesales Person works closely with real estate agents and other team members to meet sales targets and grow the client base.
Role & Responsibilities •
Make outbound calls to potential clients from databases, fresh leads, and referrals.
• Identify and qualify leads interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Engage in conversations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about available properties, pricing, features, and locations.
• Schedule property viewings, meetings, and consultations between clients and real estate agents.
• Conduct regular follow-up calls with potential and existing clients to maintain engagement. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales processes in the G sheet. Update client information regularly and track the progress of leads.
Skills required:
• Excellent verbal communication to convey information to clients.
Active listening to understand client needs and preferences.
Persuasive speaking to effectively pitch properties and services.
• ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and data entry.
• Familiarity with tele calling systems and phone etiquette.
