We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and guide our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for coaching your team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring top-notch customer service to drive business growth.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and training as needed.
Assign sales leads, territories, and targets to team members.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure team members deliver high-quality service and maintain client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions to boost sales.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, competitor activity, and legal regulations.
Participate in high-value client meetings and negotiations when necessary.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
4+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property trends.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Valid real estate license (if applicable in your region).
Willingness to travel locally for site visits or client meetings.
