We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Team Lead with a proven track record in property sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, managing sales teams, generating leads, and closing deals. You should be well-versed with the local real estate market, possess strong communication and leadership skills, and be capable of driving sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives to achieve sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Provide training and mentorship to sales staff.

• Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of real estate processes and regulations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to lead a team and achieve targets.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
