Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and train a team of property advisors
Drive consistent achievement of sales targets
Engage with HNIs and investors for tailored property solutions
Oversee inventory and stay aligned with builder offerings
Build broker/channel partner networks
Develop and execute sales strategies
Maintain CRM, pipelines, and performance reports
Conduct and oversee property site visits

Requirements
Graduate (MBA preferred)
3–7 years in real estate sales, with 1–2 years in a leadership role
Strong market knowledge of Gurugram
Excellent team management, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficient with CRM and MS Office
