Job Title: Re-Sale Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Re-Sale Manager to join our team in Thane. The candidate will be responsible for handling property re-sale transactions, managing client relations, and driving sales performance in the secondary real estate market.
Manage and execute re-sale property transactions in the Thane region.
Generate leads through networking, references, and digital platforms.
Conduct property visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Understand market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist clients with documentation and end-to-end deal closure.
Coordinate with property owners, buyers, and internal teams for smooth transactions.
Maintain updated records of leads, deals, and follow-ups.
Represent the company professionally in the market.
Minimum 6 months of experience in property re-sale / real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Thane’s real estate market preferred.
Ability to build and maintain client trust.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email handling).
