Job Title: Consultant – Real Estate Consulting

(Basic pay for freshers: ₹3.00 LPA – approx. ₹21,000 in-hand)
We are looking for dynamic, confident, and sales-driven professionals to join our Real Estate Consulting team. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial client outreach to closure. Candidates will be engaging with leads provided by the company, showcasing properties, and convincing clients to make informed purchase decisions.
Manage end-to-end sales process for assigned leads.
Make 200+ daily calls to connect with prospects (leads will be provided).
Schedule and conduct client visits, property tours, and follow-ups.
Showcase properties effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, and conversions.
Coordinate with clients for payments and documentation.
Booking Incentive: Sales booked in one quarter will earn an incentive equal to 3 times the booking amount, distributed equally over the next 3 months.
Collection Incentive: Additional 4% incentive post full payment collection from clients.
Education: Any graduate (sales experience in real estate or other industries preferred; freshers welcome).
Age: 22 – 34 years.

Fluent communication (English & Hindi)
Confident and presentable personality
Strong numerical skills & good at calculations
Enthusiastic and target-driven mindset
Other:
2-wheeler mandatory for Bengaluru & Pune locations (not mandatory for Gurgaon).
Willing to work in field sales with extensive client interaction.
No travelling allowance provided.
Timings: 9:30 AM onwards (end time depends on reporting requirements)
