Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking.
Handle client queries regarding agreements, payments, registration, and possession.
Provide regular updates on project status, handover timelines, and legal processes.
Documentation & Compliance
Coordinate the preparation and execution of Sales Agreements, Sale Deeds, and other legal documentation.
Ensure timely collection of required documents from clients (KYC, loan documents, etc.).
Liaise with banks and financial institutions for loan disbursements.
Payment & Collection Management
Track and follow up on installment payments as per the payment schedule.
Send reminders for due/overdue payments and provide receipts/acknowledgments.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure reconciliation of payments.
Coordination with Internal Teams
Collaborate with CRM, Finance, Legal, and Projects team for smooth client servicing.
Assist clients during site visits, unit inspections, and possession formalities.
Coordinate with facility management for handover and post-possession services.
Customer Experience & Retention
Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand image and referrals.
Address and resolve customer complaints/escalations professionally.
