We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Managers to join Stallions Proptech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, Vasai - Virar. This role involves driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.
Meeting customers, explaining the project and sample flat, price discussion will be the main responsibility.
The position offers a salary of ₹25000 - ₹38000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet customers, understand their profile and build a relationship with them
Present, promote, and sell residential properties to potential customers effectively.
Explain the USPs of the project & the show them the sample flat.
Help customers in selecting the right property as per their budget.
Explain the pricing, offers and payment plans to the customers.
Followup with customers for revisits and maintain a healthy revisit ratio.
Negotiate and drive the customer towards closure.
Update the relevant records in the Sales system regularly.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should be minimum 12th Pass with 2 - 6 years of experience in sales with atleast 2 years in real estate sales.
Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile.
Proficiency in Convincing Skills, Real Estate Sales, Communicaiton Skills, Sales Pitch, Residential Property Sales, Closing is an added advantage.
