We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at Sky Real Homes Pvt Ltd. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers 20,000- 35,000 in Hand salary and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary job will be to close the sale on property, identify new sell leads and make sales.

● Making calls on daily basis and having good convincing power so that you can land a good sale.

● Addressing queries of buyers over company’s website and various other websites and updating accordingly.

● Good communication and presentation skills for developing end to end connection with the buyer and for their better understanding.

Good learning skills and knowing how to adapt to changing environment.

● Exceptional and experiential knowledge of the product and being open minded to filter out questions of interested buyers and answering them.

● Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies along and implementing.

● Researching prospects and generating leads.

● Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

● Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints diligently

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and Experience from 1-6+ years. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
