We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at Dwarka City, Chhapraula, GT Road. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound calls on phone number who has shown interest in our ads to purchase flats/villa
2. Understand the requirement of the client
3. Suggest the right product (Flat/Villa)
4. Share the USP or features of the project
5. Invite client to visit the site
6. Take Follow Up regarding visit, closure and payments
7. Coordinate with our Operations Team who conducts the Site Visit
8. Share Correct WhatsApp/Email where required
9. Maintain Conversation Data on Excel Sheet
10. Report about daily work
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and should have 1-2 Years of Experience in the similar field.
