We are looking for a sales executive to join our team at Housethat. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels (e.g., networking, referrals, online platforms).
Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting residential and/or commercial properties.
Conduct property showings and open houses.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with clients and other agents.
Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, local market trends, and financing options.
Prepare necessary documentation (e.g., contracts, agreements, closing statements).
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys to complete transactions.
Job Requirements:
1) 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
2) Excellent communication and negotiation and interpersonal skills.
3) Strong understanding of the local real estate, market.
4) Own two wheeler or four wheeler with valid driving license.
5) Self motivated and target driven attitude.
