Job Summary:
HCO Real Estates is looking for a results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage a team of 4–5 Sales Executives in Gurgaon. You will be responsible for guiding the team from lead generation to query resolution and deal closure. This role requires a strong grasp of the local real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of at least 5-6 real estate sales executives
Take ownership of client queries from initial contact to final closure
Set team targets, track performance, and provide regular coaching
Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the Gurgaon market
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations as needed
Collaborate with the marketing team for quality lead generation
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely reporting to management
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in real estate sales; minimum 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of Gurgaon real estate trends and projects
Proven ability to manage a small sales team and close high-value deals
Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
