The Real Estate Sales Executive/Sr Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client interactions, conducting site visits, and closing property sales. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, deep market understanding, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and field activities.
Manage incoming inquiries, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property presentations, walkthroughs, and site visits with clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Ensure excellent customer service and seamless sales experience.
Market Knowledge
Stay updated with local real estate trends, pricing, supply-demand dynamics, and competitor projects.
Maintain a database of inventory, including new launches, resale properties, rentals, and exclusive listings.
Negotiation & Documentation
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements between buyers and sellers.
Assist clients with documentation, legal formalities, loan processing, and registration support.
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth transaction closures.
Target Achievements
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track and report sales performance, site visit conversions, and pipeline status.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales (2–7 years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Knowledge of Mumbai real estate market is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred but not mandatory).
