Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented VP/GM/AGM – Real Estate Sales to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freehold real estate sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and leadership capabilities to drive the team and expand business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the real estate sales team for residential and commercial freehold properties

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets

• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct clients

• Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust strategies accordingly

• Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures

• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process

• Maintain regular reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and team productivity

• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to optimize performance

• Coordinate with marketing for campaign alignment and lead generation

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in real estate sales (Freehold experience preferred)

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Strong sales acumen and client handling skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of the Noida and NCR real estate market is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
