Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. You will be responsible for managing client interactions, promoting real estate projects, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels and follow up with potential clients.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Negotiate and close deals efficiently.
Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
Collaborate with the internal team for seamless execution of sales strategy.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a similar field
Excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Must be confident, presentable, and customer-focused
Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler (for site visits and field work)
Familiarity with Gurgaon’s real estate market is a plus
Comfortable working from the office (Gurgaon) full-time
