We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee and drive our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of real estate sales executives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Drive property sales by developing effective strategies and motivating the team to meet daily and monthly KPIs.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews to maintain high performance levels.
Handle client escalations and support team members in closing high-value deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to support sales initiatives.
Track, report, and analyze sales performance metrics using CRM and other tools.
Attend site visits and meet clients when required to support the team and close deals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team-leading role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and industry trends.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
