### **Key Responsibilities**

* Promote and market Aduri Infra’s real estate projects (open plots, villas, apartments, and townships).

* Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Conduct site visits and explain project features to prospective clients.

* Negotiate and close property deals with clients.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
