We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales. A strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach are essential.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Present and promote real estate projects to potential clients.
Conduct site visits and property tours.
Negotiate deals and close sales with a high conversion rate.
Maintain and update client databases (CRM) regularly.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance brand visibility and client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and competition.
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of local property markets and real estate trends.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Multilingual abilities (if applicable to region/clientele).
Familiarity with legal documents and sales agreements.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
