We are seeking Sales Executives who are passionate about real estate and driven to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities, market knowledge, and customer relationship skills.
Generate leads and convert them into potential buyers.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate deals and ensure closure of sales.
Stay updated with property trends, competitor projects, and market demand.
Maintain records of inquiries, sales, and customer feedback.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
