About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Property Sales Executives to join our growing team at Goodwill Services. The work is simple – we will provide both the property details and the clients. Your main task will be to meet the client, visit the property, and positively influence them for a meeting with the seller.

This is a great opportunity for freshers who are confident, good at communication, and eager to build a career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Visit properties with clients (property and clients will be provided by the company).

Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with clients.

Encourage clients for a productive meeting with the property seller.

Provide feedback and updates to the management team.

Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: Below 10th accepted.

Freshers are welcome – no prior experience needed.

Must have a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid licence OR proof of licence application.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Confident, presentable, and eager to learn.

Ability to positively influence client decisions.
