Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and representatives
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve team effectiveness and efficiency
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction
Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of sales staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
