Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Management Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth project execution.
Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates to clients on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with creative, content, design, SEO, PPC, and development teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Foster a collaborative environment to promote teamwork and achieve project goals.
Coordinate with senior management to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
Risk Management:
Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans where necessary.
Track project progress and make adjustments to ensure that objectives are met.
Ensure that all project documentation is complete and accurate.
Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets and ensure that costs are kept within the established limits.
Work with the finance team to manage invoicing and billing for clients as per project agreements.
Quality Control:
Oversee the quality of all deliverables, ensuring they meet the standards and expectations set for each project.
Review and approve final deliverables before submission to the client.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate regular status reports for clients and senior management to track project performance.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous optimization of processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience (2-3 years) in project management, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
Experience with budgeting and resource allocation.
Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus but not mandatory.
Desirable Skills: Experience working in an agency environment or with clients in various industries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) is an advantage.
Ability to think creatively and contribute to innovative campaign strategies.
