Plan and execute end-to-end savings account opening campaigns (field and digital).
Coordinate with partner banks to align on products, KYC norms, and operational SOPs.
Deploy and manage field staff (FOS, Team Leaders, District Managers) across locations.
Set daily/weekly targets for field teams and monitor their performance.
Ensure 100% KYC compliance and zero-defect account openings.
Track and resolve field-level issues, escalations, and documentation gaps.
Maintain MIS dashboards and share regular reports with senior management and bank partners.
Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce rejections.
Liaise with internal departments (training, tech, compliance) for smooth operations.
Conduct periodic field visits to review CSP/FOS performance and identify risks.
Graduate or Postgraduate in Business/Finance or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in field banking, fintech, or BFSI projects.
Prior experience in savings account opening or BC (Business Correspondent) model or Store Onboarding preferred.
Team handling and project management skills.
Strong knowledge of KYC, RBI compliance, and banking operations.
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel to field locations as needed.
