Job Title: Product Advisor – Wellness Categories (Vitamins, Supplements and Sports Nutrition)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Promoter to actively engage customers and promote our Vitamins, Supplements and Sports Nutrition Products in our in-store retail environment.

The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, product visibility, offer communication and boost sales through excellent communication, customer interaction and persuasive selling skills.

He/She would act as a single point of contact for the assigned categories at the stores and should proactively own and drive all the relevant metrics like availability and volumes thereby contributing to the growth of the store, region and the organization.

Essential Qualifications:

• HSC (or) 12th standard cleared (Candidate should have 4-5 years of relevant experience in in store sales)

• Undergraduate (1-2 years of similar experience)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Confident, Energetic and Customer-focused

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with an ownership mindset

• Should be based out of the city in which the role is being hired for Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability of working as brand promoter in retail space

• Understanding the nuances of Vitamins, Supplements and Sports Nutrition Products

• Experience of having worked with and achieved sales KRA/Targets
