Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Follow-up o Call prospective leads received from marketing campaigns, property portals, and referrals. o Explain project details, features, location benefits, and pricing. o Identify customer requirements and preferences to match with suitable projects. o Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to convert leads into site visits. 2. Customer Interaction o Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously. o Schedule and confirm site visits for interested clients. o Coordinate between clients and the field sales team for timely follow-ups. o Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers. 3. Database Management o Update CRM/Excel sheets with accurate call logs, lead status, and feedback. o Ensure timely and complete documentation of all customer interactions. 4. Target Achievement o Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling, site visit, and booking targets. o Assist the sales team in achieving overall project sales goals. 5. Market & Product Knowledge o Stay updated on project details, real estate market trends, and competitor offerings. o Effectively communicate project USPs (Unique Selling Points) to customers.
