Role Summary:
We are looking for articulate, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing team. As a Presales Executive, you will be responsible for making continuous outbound calls to potential clients, explaining project details, qualifying leads, and scheduling site visits for our Client Relationship Managers and Sales Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases. ➢ Pitch luxury residential Real Estate projects and generate interest among prospective buyers.
➢ Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and timeline to assess sales potential.
➢ Schedule and coordinate site visits or virtual meetings for the Sales / CRM teams.
➢ Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
➢ Support the sales team with lead nurturing and pre-sales follow-up activities.
➢ Provide accurate project information and address initial client queries professionally.
➢ Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead conversion goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
➢ Excellent verbal communication in English without any MTI.
➢ Confident, Persuasive, and Energetic Phone presence.
➢ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
➢ Organized and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
➢ Basic understanding of the Real Estate industry is a plus.
➢ Willingness to learn and grow within a high-performing sales environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
• 2+ year of experience in tele-calling, BPO, telesales, or pre-sales roles.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
