We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Presales Executive (Real Estate) to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team. As a fresher, you will be trained to understand real estate projects and help in converting inquiries into site visits and potential sales.
Handle incoming inquiries from customers regarding real estate projects.
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from databases, campaigns, and referrals.
Explain project details such as location, price, amenities, floor plans, payment plans, etc.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM tools.
Follow up with customers on inquiries, site visits, and feedback.
Support the sales team in converting leads into bookings.
Share project brochures, price sheets, and other details with clients.
Build good customer relationships by responding to questions and concerns.
Excellent communication skills (English & local language).
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate information.
Basic knowledge of real estate trends (training will be provided).
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
