Follow-up and Lead Nurturing:
Consistently follow up with clients to maintain engagement, address their concerns, and nurture leads until they are ready for a formal sales discussion.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback within the CRM system.
Sales Team Support:
Provide pre-meeting briefs, market insights, and property data to the sales team to aid in closing deals.
Market Research:
Participate in market research, competitor analysis, and stay informed about real estate trends to support marketing and sales strategies.
