Profile: Pre-sales Executive
Educational Requirement: Graduate
Location: Santacruz, Mumbai.
Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming sales leads from multiple sources.
• Call and verify each lead’s authenticity and relevance.
• Qualify interested leads and pass them to the sales or operations teams.
• Keep records of all leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Close or discard invalid or uninterested leads.
• Collaborate internally to ensure smooth lead transfer.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Confident in making calls and engaging with customers.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, etc.).
• Experience in lead handling or telecalling is an advantage.
• Organized and responsible for managing follow-ups.
