Duties and Responsibilities:

 Initiate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences regarding properties.

 Provide detailed information about real estate projects, including locations, pricing, unique features, and benefits of the properties.

 Assess clients' needs and offer expert advice to help them secure the best property deal under optimal terms.

 Transforming prospects into buyers by presenting suitable primary residential properties that align with their investment needs.

 Provide excellent customer service, answering client inquiries and working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to sales processes.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

 Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.

 Cultivate trust, communicate effectively, drive results, encourage innovation, prioritize customer needs, collaborate with team members, creatively solve problems, and uphold high integrity.

Qualifications/Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

 A minimum of one year of demonstrated experience as a telesales or telecalling executive in the real estate, insurance, or related sectors.

 Outstanding communication and convincing skills.

 Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi.
