We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Agt Infra. The role focuses on selling Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) solutions to clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of water treatment processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition
Identify and approach potential customers in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors for STP/ETP solutions.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Sales Strategy and Execution
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions by collaborating with the technical team.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and cost estimates to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the wastewater treatment sector.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Coordination
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
Collaborate with the technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
