Campus Placement Management
Plan, organize, and execute campus placement drives and internship programs.
Liaise with companies to understand recruitment needs and schedule placement activities.
Maintain records of recruiter interactions, job offers, and placement statistics.
Industry Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HRs, industry bodies, and professional organizations.
Identify potential industries and companies for collaboration in placements, internships, and guest lectures.
Student Support & Development
Guide students on career opportunities, industry trends, and skill development.
Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions on resume building, interview preparation, soft skills, and aptitude tests.
Monitor student progress and provide counseling for career-related challenges.
