Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Counsellor located in Noida. The Patient Counsellor will be responsible for providing emotional support, education, and guidance to patients undergoing fertility treatments. Day-to-day tasks include conducting patient consultations, offering counseling sessions, coordinating with medical staff, maintaining patient records, and ensuring patients are informed about their treatment plans and options.
