Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Counsellor located in Noida. The Patient Counsellor will be responsible for providing emotional support, education, and guidance to patients undergoing fertility treatments. Day-to-day tasks include conducting patient consultations, offering counseling sessions, coordinating with medical staff, maintaining patient records, and ensuring patients are informed about their treatment plans and options. The Patient Counsellor will play a crucial role in creating a supportive and informative environment for patients.
