Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the benefits of our Ayurveda products, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

·         Promote and explain Ayurveda Product and their health benefits.

·         Convince customers to place orders and meet monthly sales targets.

·         Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business.

·         Provide excellent customer service and resolve any post-sale issues.

Requirements:

·         Minimum 12th pass or graduate.

·         Excellent communication and persuasive skills in Hindi/English

·         Basic knowledge of Ayurveda products and health industry preferred.

·         Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

·         Proficiency in MS Excel or CRM software is a plus.
