Operations Client Servicing

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Executive to lead our operations and client servicing efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in furniture/interior project execution and client relationship management, ensuring that every order runs smoothly from production to final delivery and installation.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing & Account Management

• Act as the key point of contact for premium clients, architects, and project managers.

• Interpret client briefs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure expectations are met.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project reviews.

• Build long-term client relationships and upsell additional services or products.

Operations Management

• Manage end-to-end operations for multiple custom furniture and interior projects.

• Supervise and coordinate with production, design, procurement, and logistics departments.

• Track progress against project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and reports.

Vendor & Production Coordination

• Oversee vendor management, material procurement, and subcontractor execution.

• Perform quality checks at various stages of production and pre-dispatch.

• Coordinate installations and ensure snag-free handovers.

Process Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks in production or delivery and recommend process improvements.

• Introduce systems or tools (like ERP or project management software) to enhance efficiency.
  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

  • 4–7 years of experience in furniture/interior operations or client servicing.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project tracking tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred:

    • Prior experience in luxury/custom furniture or interior execution companies.

    • Basic understanding of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools is a plus.

    • Fluent in English; Kannada/Hindi proficiency is a bonus for field coordination.
