Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily inquiries and leads received from the IndiaMART B2B panel.
Connect with potential buyers through calls, chats, and emails to explain product details and pricing.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order fulfillment.
Keep track of leads, conversions, and follow-ups using CRM/Excel.
