Job Title: Online Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in sales (Tour and Travel Preferred)
Compensation: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell international and domestic tour packages to individual and group travelers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest tailored travel solutions.
Convert leads into sales using strong communication and rapport-building skills.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for seamless delivery of services.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with international travel regulations, visa processes, and travel trends.
Provide support throughout the sales cycle including post-sales customer service.
Prepare quotations, travel itineraries, and required documentation.
Regularly track and report sales performance to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferably in Business, Tourism, or Hotel Management).
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (experience in selling international travel packages is a plus).
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a bonus).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to write professional emails and handle client communication.
Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
