Job Description
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on skills, experience & interview performance)
Educational Requirement: Graduate (Any Stream)
Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and follow-ups
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments for coordination
Monitor office supplies and handle procurement as needed
Provide support to HR, Accounts, and Management teams when required
Ensure communication flow and office administration efficiency
Key Skills / Requirements:
Graduate (Any Stream, Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2–3 years of experience in office administration/coordination
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
Location: Greater Noida – Alpha 1
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
