We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Ad Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving advertising revenue through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the media landscape, client needs, and the ability to deliver tailored advertising solutions across platforms.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and media buyers.
Pitch, negotiate, and close advertising deals across digital.
Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in ad sales, media sales, or related roles.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong network with media buying agencies and direct clients is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with digital ad platforms, ad tech tools, and analytics is preferred.
Experience in programmatic advertising or branded content.
Worked in media houses, OTT platforms, digital publishers, or ad networks.
