Job Summary:
We are looking for a Techno-Marketing Sales Executive with a background in civil engineering or construction knowledge to join our cement sales team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and explaining the technical features, product specifications, advantages, and applications of various cement brands to professionals in the construction field -including engineers, builders, promoters, contractors, and retail shop owners. This role combines product knowledge, field sales, and customer relationship management to drive brand awareness and sales growth in the Coimbatore region.
Key Responsibilities:
Explain cement product features, applications, and technical benefits to customers
Meet and interact with engineers, builders, promoters, contractors, masons, and cement retailers
Conduct on-site product demos and explain the difference between various brands
Address customer queries related to cement quality, usage, curing, grades, etc.
Provide product recommendations based on site requirements and applications
Build trust with technically inclined buyers and influence purchase decisions
Coordinate with the sales team to convert technical interest into actual sales
Maintain a record of client meetings and technical support given
Represent major cement brands like Dalmia, UltraTech, Ramco, Chettinad, JSW, Sagar, Sankar, Coromandel, and Maha
Requirements:
Education: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related construction field
Strong understanding of cement grades, applications, and construction materials
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
Field sales experience preferred
Must have a two-wheeler for field travel
Familiarity with Coimbatore and nearby areas is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (Based on experience and knowledge)
Performance/target-based incentives
Mobile allowance paid by the company
Petrol allowance of ₹3,000 per month
